We ship worldwide and aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days of purchase.

Europe & North America: approx. 7 working days

Just so you know, these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to local customs or courier conditions beyond our control.

Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, DHL, UPS, TNT, and their regional affiliates.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service.
We do not currently offer free shipping unless otherwise stated during a promotion.

All orders are shipped using a tracked service. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

For all orders delivered within the United Kingdom:

£3.90 flat-rate tracked shipping

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.

Customs & Import Fees:

International customers, please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon delivery are the recipient's sole responsibility.
Your local authorities determine these charges and are beyond our control. We kindly advise checking with your country’s customs office if you're unsure.

Delivery

We carefully pack and dispatch all orders from the UK.

Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days after payment. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service selected at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation with tracking information where available.

International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their country.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please contact us at lunaroomstudio@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for the return.

Items must be returned in their original condition and securely packaged. The buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 working days.

For vintage, collectable and second-hand items, please carefully review the photographs and description before purchasing, as these items may show signs of age and use.
